Cyclic Embodiment: a women’s workshop

Step into deeper self-awareness, ease, and empowerment!
In this 3-hour immersive workshop, you will be guided to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and deepen your understanding of its cyclical wisdom. Discover how to chart your cycle and align your daily life to hormonal shifts through mindful self-care & rest practices.
Participants will be introduced to menstrual mapping and discuss the “four seasons” of a woman’s cycle to deepen an understanding of the body’s needs, shifts, and patterns. You will then be guided through a restorative yoga class to help cultivate techniques for easing menstrual symptoms and honoring rest during menstruation.

Laura Potter is a Certified Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga Teacher and Menstrual Cycle Coach. After years of sports injuries, she discovered that rest and menstrual cycle awareness were the missing pieces in her wellness journey. These practices have transformed her life, and now she's dedicated to guiding and coaching others toward greater embodiment, joy, and ease.
