Annual Spring Cleanse

With each unique seasonal transition, we are invited into new routines that facilitate greater alignment with the inherent wisdom and energy of that season.

Spring invites us to lighten, uplift, and reinvigorate the system as we emerge into a season of outward expression.

.:.

Our Spring Cleanse is an annual favorite where community members come together virtually to invigorate, renew, and uplift their whole system with time-tested seasonal Ayurvedic practices and nutritional guidance. This 5-day self-paced experience provides participants with recipes, tools, and personalized support to enter into the new season with bolstered health and inspired confidence.

New Class: Restore Momentum

Do you need to get back in the flow?

This class is geared to anyone looking to get moving - parents with young children, those with challenging work demands, or anyone who needs to restore physical momentum after a long winter to a regular rhythm and flow.

Each class will include plenty of stretching and slow moments, but overall will be flowing through movements, using the breath to move from pose to pose. Participants can expect to build heat & strength with a combination of core and foundational yoga poses, and then wind down with gentle restorative poses.

Classes will run Sunday’s, 9-10am starting April 6th.

Introducing, Sophia!

As a mom of two young boys, free movement and a strong body are essential to Sophia's practice and flow. Practicing yoga following several years of competitive dance and gymnastics has created a safe space for Sophia to focus on healing instead of on perfection. Yoga has provided her with a place to recover and heal from pregnancy and birth, as well as a continued outlet to feel empowered and recharged. Her teaching style caters to beginners, former and current athletes and those wanting to incorporate more movement and restorative poses into their daily lives. In her class you can expect to feel energized and centered. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, she is wrangling and raising her two little boys, baking, and working as an interior designer and project manager in the Capitol Region.

In this short workshop, participants will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the equipment, see how it works, and try it out.  All participants will get to experience an exercise or two to feel what the spring resistance is like. Come play!
